Coordinators and helpers are needed for the HST Relay and Divisionals swim meet, The swim team is looking for volunteers for the following positions: 

• Parking - Help with directing traffic and parking cars.
• Entrance gates - Collecting entrance fees and handing out programs.
• Concession area - Selling food items or cooking food.
• Set-up - Set up equipment, tents. 
• Rental procurement - Acquiring tents, bleaches, etc.
• Meet volunteer coordinator - Coordinate timers, officials, and runners.
• Staging area - Line up swimmers for swim events.
• Sponsorship - Mail out letters, make phone calls.
• Programs - Design and print out programs.
• Signs / advertising - Purchase signs for advertising.
• Clean up - Tear down equipment and clean up.
