The Hummelstown Swim Team needs the number of family members (including swimmers) that will be attending the team banquet. Please sign up on the bulletin board at the pool or promptly E-mail coach Cari at czelko@comcast.net 

 

End of Season Banquet

Sunday, July 27, 2008 at the Hummelstown Swim Club

1.  Sign-up on the team bulletin board so we have a count of how many will be attending.

2.  Sign your family up for the Pre-Banquet Family Fun Relays (also on the team bulletin board)

3.  Things to bring to the banquet:

• Families with last names A-L bring a dessert to share.

• Families with last names M-Z bring a salad to share.

• All families should bring a 2L or gallon of drink to share.

Family Fun Relays begin at 2:00 PM, Dinner will be at approximately 5:00 PM (at the conclusion of the relays) An awards presentation will follow dinner. Don't forget your chairs and blankets.
